Growing together at EastSide
The mission of our church is to grow life changing relationships – with God and neighbor. At Eastside, we firmly believe one of the most effective ways to grow our relationship with God and neighbor is in a smaller group setting.
Our small groups, which we simply call “Eastside Groups”, meet regularly throughout the year in various homes, coffee shops, fishing spots, hiking trails, or anywhere people can get together to share life with one another. We would love to have you join one of our groups!
“Come As You Are” Group
An engaging group of young women who meet the 2nd Saturday of every month at 10:00 AM at Eastside. The group welcomes all who crave community, want to live intentionally, and are committed to authentic relationships.

This awesome group of women meet regularly to talk, listen and build each other up as they forge new and strengthen existing friendships in Christ. This spring we are following a study by Karol Ladd titled “A Women’s Passionate Pursuit of God” based on the book of Phillipians. All are welcome to join at any time. We meet at Eastside on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month through June. email@example.com
Teens gather at least once a month to enjoy fun activities with Branden Hummer, our youth coordinator. The event and location varies, but a great time is always to be enjoyed by all. Check out the events calendar for planned activities.
This Eastside group consists of moms and dads of younger and older children, applying Biblical truths to life and parenting. Video lessons are mixed with Bible study and discussion, fellowship and prayer. Child care is provided as needed.
Meets twice a month in various homes.
This mixed Eastside Growth Group is a “multi-generational, multi-cultural, couples or singles, later teens or adults of any age (although babies are welcome!), hearts yearning for grace, living to serve, leaning into the Word and growing together, sharing life’s journey” kind of group. We often have a fun starter dialog or game, unpack the week’s scripture lesson, and close in gentle prayer.
Meets twice a month in various homes. Jan-June 2019
We call ourselves the Chit-Chat group simply because we want to get together and talk, lean on each other, and spend some time praying for each other. Of course the majority of the time we have a snack and coffee, bathed in laughter as we get to know one another.
We meet at Panera in Perinton the 4th Thursday of the month at 9 am. Stop by if you are free and look for Kim Holt or Sue Yonosko.
Join Pastor Jeremy to learn more about Eastside! We are excited to meet you, learn your story, and let you knwo what we are all about. Who are we? Why are we here? Learn how you can get involved in life changing relationships with God and neighbor at Eastside! Sessions are held throughout the year so send us an email with your name and we will connect back firstname.lastname@example.org
Men’s Saturday Breakfast
We meet once a month on Saturday for a rich time of fellowship, time in the Word, and prayer for one another. Start your weekend off right! All ages are welcome.
