the gate for the sheep

In John 10:1-18, we learn about the cultural and historical significance of the shepherd, and how the shepherd was used as a model for the kings of Israel. Jesus tells his listeners that he is the true shepherd, and that he is the gate for the sheep. We will explore what it means to have life abundant in Jesus, and be satisfied in him.
